Team by Calculadora Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how the Team by Calculadora app ("Team", Android package com.arionclean.team) accesses, collects, uses, shares, keeps and deletes information about the people who use it.

Who we are

Team is developed by ARION CLEAN LLC, based in Hialeah, Florida, United States, and published on Google Play under the developer name Arionclean. ARION CLEAN LLC also makes Calculadora de Limpieza, the app cleaning business owners use to run their business. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ARION CLEAN LLC.

Who Team is for

Team is for the staff of cleaning businesses that use Calculadora de Limpieza. The business you work for (your employer) adds you to its team with your name and phone number, assigns you jobs, and decides which job details you see. Some of the information Team collects is shared with your employer, as described below.

Information we collect

• Phone number. You sign in with the phone number your employer added. We use it to send you a one-time sign-in code by text message.
• Name and photo. Your name as your employer entered it, and a photo of you if your employer added one.
• Account identifiers. A user ID that links your account to your employer's team.
• Location. Precise and approximate location, as explained in the next section.
• Job activity. Each step you record on a job (on my way, arrived, started cleaning, finished), the time of each step, and your progress on the job checklist.
• Language. The language Team shows on your phone, so job notes can be translated into it.
• Technical information. Our servers log details such as IP address, request times and errors, to keep the service running and secure.

Team does not collect your contacts, messages, files, health data or payment information. The current version does not use your camera or your photos. Team has no ads and no analytics or advertising tools.

Location

Team uses your phone's location for two things, and only while you work a job:

• Sharing your drive to a job. When you tap Start navigation on a job, Team shares your precise location with your employer so they can see you are on the way, and marks your arrival automatically when you get within about 130 meters (430 feet) of the job address. This keeps running while the app is in the background or the screen is off. On Android, a notification that says "Sharing your location" shows the whole time.
• Recording job steps. When you record a step (on my way, arrived, started cleaning, finished), Team saves where your phone was at that moment with the step, so your employer can see the job was worked at the booked address.

Sharing during a drive stops on its own when you arrive, start or finish the cleaning, or are taken off the job, and also after 4 hours of driving or 2 hours without an update. Team never shares your location outside a drive to a job, and it does not collect your location when you are not working a job.

During a drive we keep only your latest position for that job (coordinates, heading, speed, accuracy and time), not a history of where you went, and we delete it when the drive ends. The location saved with a job step is kept with the job record (see Retention and deletion).

Location is optional. You can allow it while using the app, allow it all the time (which keeps sharing reliable with the screen off), or deny it, and you can change your choice at any time in your phone's settings. If you deny it, Team still works: your employer does not see you on the way, and you tap I've arrived yourself.

We use location only for these job features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except your employer and the service providers listed below.

How we use information

We use information to:

• sign you in and keep your account secure;
• show you the jobs your employer assigned to you, with the details they chose to share;
• show your employer your progress on each job, including your arrival and the times you start and finish, which they can use to calculate your hours and pay;
• translate job notes into your language;
• answer support requests, prevent abuse and fix problems;
• comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Your employer, which sees your name, photo, phone number, job steps with their times and locations, checklist progress, and your live location during a drive, in its Calculadora de Limpieza account.
• Your crew: other people assigned to the same job see your name and photo.
• Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in and delivers live location updates to your employer.
• Twilio, which sends sign-in codes to your phone number by text message.
• OpenAI, which writes each job's task list and translates job notes. It receives the job details your employer entered (such as the type of cleaning, add-ons and notes), not your name, phone number or location.
• Google and Apple, whose location services on your phone provide location readings and whose stores distribute the app, under their own privacy policies.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people or the service.

How we protect information

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database rules let you see only the jobs assigned to you and let each employer see only its own team, and your sign-in session is kept in your phone's secure storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

• Your account is kept while you use Team.
• Your live location during a drive is deleted when the drive ends.
• Job records (steps, their times and locations, and checklist progress) are your employer's work and payroll records. They are kept until your employer deletes its Calculadora de Limpieza account, even if a booking is deleted, so that hours worked can be paid.
• Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically.

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings, Delete account. This deletes your sign-in account and ends your access. Your name and phone number stay on your employer's team list and your job records stay with your employer, because they are the business's records. To ask for those to be deleted too, contact your employer or email hello@arionclean.com. You can also ask for your account to be deleted by email.

Your choices and rights

You can turn location off in your phone's settings, delete your account in the app, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@arionclean.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights over your personal information, and you can use them by contacting us.

Children

Team is meant for adults (18 and over) who work for a cleaning business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

International processing

Information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy when Team or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
