This is one Thursday in Stafford, hour by hour. You are not here for any of it. That is rather the point.
The two of us come in together. Coats off, windows open, kitchen first. The pans from dinner, the ring under the kettle, the handles nobody wipes.
Then the bathrooms, while the counters dry. Tile, glass, taps, the floor behind the door.
Beds made with whatever linens you’ve left out. Floors vacuumed and then mopped, room by room, working back toward the door. Glass last, so nothing settles on it again.

The hallway smells of nothing in particular. The kitchen is done. The bathroom is done. There is no list waiting for you on the counter.
What you are buying is not the cleaning. It is the four hours of your evening that were already spoken for.
Tell us where you are in Stafford and we’ll take it from there. We clean Mondays through Fridays, and Thursdays go first.
