Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Cleaning With Me collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the Cleaning With Me mobile app, website, support channels, and related services.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the app, and information from service providers that help us operate the product.
- Account information, such as email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers used for sign-in.
- Business setup information, such as business name, service area, preferred language, pricing method, rates, add-ons, recurring discount settings, clean-type checklists, and logo images you choose to upload.
- Estimate information, such as saved quote details, job inputs, selected extras, recurring visit settings, and calculated totals.
- Support information, such as messages you send us, screenshots you choose to provide, and details needed to respond to your request.
- Payment and subscription information, such as subscription status, plan, renewal dates, transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, amounts, taxes, refund status, and chargeback or dispute information. Full payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Cleaning With Me.
- Technical information, such as app version, device type, operating system, diagnostic logs, IP address, approximate region inferred from network data, and security events when needed to operate, protect, or troubleshoot the service.
Permissions and sensitive access
If you choose to upload a business logo, the app may request photo library access or use the system photo picker. You can deny or revoke this permission in your device settings. The app does not need contacts, microphone, camera, health data, or advertising tracking to provide its core calculator features.
Authentication and storage
Account access and synced app configuration are handled through Supabase. The app may also store settings and saved estimates locally on your device so the calculator remains fast between sessions.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure your account;
- operate the calculator, setup wizard, saved estimates, and settings;
- sync your configuration across sessions where sync is enabled;
- process subscriptions, billing, refunds, taxes, and fraud prevention;
- provide support and account deletion help;
- maintain app security, debug issues, and improve reliability;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and payment obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or share mobile data for third-party advertising. We share information only as needed with service providers and platforms that help us provide the app.
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
- Stripe for web payments, subscriptions, fraud prevention, taxes, customer portal, refunds, and disputes.
- Apple or Google when you use their sign-in, app store, payment, or platform services.
- Hosting, email, support, and infrastructure providers used to run the website and support channels.
- Authorities, courts, payment networks, or other parties when required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect rights and safety.
Payments
Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment method, billing, device, transaction, and fraud-prevention information according to its own privacy practices. Cleaning With Me receives limited transaction and subscription information needed to provide access, support billing questions, handle refunds or disputes, and keep records. If a purchase is made through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, those platforms process the payment under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and app configuration information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Saved estimates stored only on your device remain there until you delete them, delete the app, clear local data, or use an in-app deletion feature. When you request account deletion, we delete or de-identify account data associated with your account unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, safety, or payment-network obligations.
To request deletion outside the app, visit cleaningwithme.app/delete-account. If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it through the purchase channel before deletion can be completed.
Your choices and rights
You can update app settings in the product, revoke device permissions in system settings, unsubscribe from optional emails, request access or correction, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls for service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Cleaning With Me is intended for cleaning business owners and workers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app, stores, payment flows, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
