Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Cleaning With Me account and associated app data even if you no longer have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Email support@cleaningwithme.app from the email address connected to your Cleaning With Me account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
Before deletion
If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the channel where you purchased it. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe or support. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled through those platforms.
What is deleted
We delete or de-identify account profile data, synced pricing settings, uploaded business logo files, and other app data associated with your account unless retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, or payment-network obligations.
Local device data
Some saved estimates or settings may exist only on your device. You can remove local data by deleting saved estimates in the app, clearing app storage where your device supports it, or uninstalling the app.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, billing disputes, or payment-network obligations.
