Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Cleaning With Me mobile app, website, support channels, subscriptions, and related services. By using Cleaning With Me, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who may use the service
Cleaning With Me is intended for cleaning business owners, workers, and teams. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws where you use the app.
License and app stores
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your business pricing and estimate workflows. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law allows otherwise.
If you download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory app store terms, the mandatory app store terms control for that platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting access to your account. You are also responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation
Paid access may be offered as a recurring subscription. Subscription price, billing period, taxes, renewal details, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.
- Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may offer payment methods, accelerated checkout, customer portal, receipts, tax handling, fraud prevention, refunds, and dispute handling.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Web subscriptions can be canceled through the Stripe customer portal if available or by contacting support@cleaningwithme.app.
- Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed, canceled, and refunded through that platform unless the platform instructs otherwise.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, required by an app store or payment platform policy, or expressly stated at checkout.
Estimates are your responsibility
Cleaning With Me is a pricing and estimate tool. Estimates depend on the rates, inputs, add-ons, discounts, and job details you configure. You are responsible for reviewing quotes, taxes, fees, discounts, service scope, and customer communications before sharing or relying on an estimate. The app does not provide tax, legal, accounting, employment, or financial advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of business information, logos, service settings, and estimate details you enter into the app. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Cleaning With Me.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cleaning With Me to:
- violate laws, payment network rules, platform rules, or third-party rights;
- submit malicious code, disrupt service, or bypass security limits;
- misrepresent quotes, business identity, subscription status, or payment information;
- store sensitive information unrelated to cleaning estimates, such as government IDs, payment card numbers, or health information.
Account deletion
You may request deletion in the app or through cleaningwithme.app/delete-account. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data we are not required to keep. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained as required or permitted by law and platform rules.
Third-party services
The app may use third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Apple, Google, hosting providers, email providers, and support providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Apple App Store additional terms
For iOS users, these Terms are between you and Cleaning With Me, not Apple. Cleaning With Me is responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Your license to use the iOS app is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by Apple Media Services terms, including applicable Family Sharing or volume purchase rules. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
To the extent any warranty, product claim, legal compliance claim, consumer protection claim, or intellectual property claim relates to the app, Cleaning With Me, not Apple, is responsible for addressing it, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
Cleaning With Me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleaning With Me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if you paid nothing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request account deletion as described above.
