We are a family. We clean homes across the entire Phoenix Metro Area, and the whole of our work happens inside rooms that belong to somebody else. We know what that asks of you. So here is what we hold to, plainly, before anything else is said.
We arrive when we said we would, and if the day runs against us we call you before the hour passes, not after. We work as a team so the house is finished in one visit rather than stretched across an afternoon. We touch what we were asked to touch. Drawers, mail, closets and screens stay shut. If something is already broken when we find it, we tell you that day.
We clean kitchens and bathrooms first, because those are the rooms a home is judged by, and we do the ovens and the refrigerators properly — racks out, shelves out, corners and seals — which is the work most people would rather not do and the reason most of our families first called us.
We do not make claims here that we cannot answer for on a Tuesday morning in your kitchen. Everything above is the ordinary standard of the visit, not a special case.
A promise is worth what its failure clause is worth.
We are people, and a house has more surfaces than any pair of eyes catches every time. So the promise above is only honest with this attached to it: when we fall short, you do not argue with us, and you do not pay twice.
Call or write within 24 hours of the visit and tell us what was missed. A sentence is enough.
We return the same week — the same team, so nobody has to explain the house again.
There is no charge for the return, and it does not affect the price of your next clean.
If breakage was ours, we say so and we make it right. We would rather lose the cost of a visit than have you decide, quietly, not to call again.

We are a small team and we send the same people to the same homes. Every person who works with us is known to us personally before they are given an address. Keys and codes are held by the family, not passed around, and we return them the day you ask.
A standard visit to a home anywhere in the Phoenix Metro Area covers, at minimum:
- KitCounters, sink, cooktop, exterior of appliances, floors mopped by hand at the edges.
- BthTub, shower glass, tile, toilet, mirrors, fixtures polished dry so no spots are left behind.
- LivDusting high to low, vacuumed floors and rugs, cushions and throws set straight.
- BedLinens changed when you leave them out, surfaces cleared and wiped, floors done under the bed.
- AddOvens and refrigerators cleaned inside on request — ask when you book, we bring the time for it.
If it isn’t right, call within 24 hours and we come back the same week — no charge.
