Four things, each with a price. If none of them apply to you, the table above is your final cost.
Pets in the home
Shedding dogs and cats mean extra vacuuming and hair off upholstery. Flat add per visit, not per animal.
Move-out / move-in
Empty house, inside cabinets, inside the fridge and oven, baseboards and closets. Added to the one-off price.
First clean after a long gap
If the house hasn't had a deep clean in six months or more, the first visit takes longer. Once only.
Extra full bathroom
Beyond what's listed in the table. Half baths are included free.
Nothing else gets added. If I think a job needs more than this, I tell you before I start, not after.
Every two weeks costs less because it takes less time.
A house cleaned fourteen days ago has no built-up soap scum, no grease film on the range hood, no dust layer on the blinds. I'm maintaining, not recovering. That's roughly an hour saved on a 3-bed — and the hour comes off your price, not my pay.
