You notice the break room when it is wrong. You never notice it when it is right. That is the part we work hardest on.
Done properly, twice over
Fixtures, mirrors, dispensers, floors and the tile edges behind the door. Stocked before we leave, so Monday morning is never a problem.
Sink empty, counters bare
Microwave inside and out, fridge handles, table tops, the coffee area wiped down and the crumbs under the toaster taken care of.
Vacuumed to the walls
Under desks and along baseboards, not just the open middle. Hard floors mopped last, on the way out the door.
The first thing clients see
Front glass, door frames, entry mat shaken out. Fingerprints at handle height are checked every visit.
Reset, not just cleaned
Table polished, chairs pushed in, whiteboard trays cleared. Ready for a 9am you did not tell us about.
We bring our own
Low-scent products, colour-coded cloths so restroom cloths never reach a kitchen. Your closet stays yours.
The lights were still on when we arrived.
Two of us, most nights — me and my partner. We start at the far end of the building and work back toward the door we came in through.
Same faces, every week.
I am Brenda. My partner and I clean the offices ourselves — we do not send a rotating crew and we do not subcontract. If something was missed, you are telling the person who missed it, and it gets fixed on the next visit.
We work in Broken Arrow and the towns around it, after hours, on a fixed night you choose. Insured. References from buildings a few streets from yours, happily.
Doors locked. Alarm set.
One key, held by me. One alarm code, known by two people and written down nowhere. We arm on the way out and text you the moment it is done, every night we are in the building. If you would rather meet us at the door for the first few visits, that is normal and welcome.
