Landlords with a gap between tenants, usually a few days. We work the whole house in one visit.
Wood floors, original trim, radiators and transom windows. Slower work, gentler products.
Sits empty, then fills up. Dust, lake grit on the floors, beds to remake between guests.
Evenings, after you lock up. Same two people every visit so you're not re-explaining the alarm.
Our own vacuum, mop heads, cloths and products. You don't need anything under the sink.

We work about thirty minutes out from downtown Denison. That covers Sherman, Pottsboro, Bells, Howe, Gunter, Whitesboro and most of what's in between. Farther than that we'll still look — it depends on the day and the job.
