Put in the address, pick a day, and send it. That is the whole booking. Everything below this is a footnote.
There are two of us. One of us reads every request the same day it comes in — no call centre, no automated quote engine.
We reply by email with a flat price for the clean you asked for, and the day and window we can do it. If something changes the price, we say why.
A small deposit holds your spot on the schedule, no contract otherwise. If the price does not work, tell us and we will tell you what we can adjust.
Both of us, with our own supplies and equipment. We text nothing you did not ask for and we lock up behind us.
This is every room, every visit, unless you tell us to skip something. Deep cleans, move-outs and first-time visits add oven interiors, inside cabinets, baseboards and blinds — say so in the request and we will price it that way.
You meet us once, then it’s always us. Two to four hours, most homes in Lancaster.
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or once before guests or a move. Houses only — that’s why we’re thorough.
Tell us within a day, we come back and fix it. No charge, no argument.
A room is done when the counters are clear and dry, the floor has no grit in the corners, the glass has no streaks and nothing smells like the cleaner we used. We would rather spend the extra twenty minutes than leave you finding things.
Weekly or every other week, the same price each visit once we have seen the house. The most common choice and the cheapest per visit.
Priced on size and condition. Send the address and roughly how many bedrooms and baths, and you will have a number back the same day.
Adds ovens, cabinet interiors, baseboards and blinds. It takes us longer, so it costs more — we will tell you exactly how much before we book it.
We do not publish a single number because a three-bedroom that is cleaned every two weeks and a three-bedroom that has sat empty for a year are not the same job. Ask and you get a real figure, not a range.
That is all that happens when you send this.
