How We Enter Your Home
Keys, schedules, and pets: here's how we handle it.
The Key
You choose: let us in yourself, leave a lockbox, or give us a code. Lisette's team keeps the key labeled without your address, and we return it whenever you ask.
The Schedule
We arrive within a one-hour window and let you know we're on our way. Weekdays 8 to 5. If anything changes, Lisette or her team tells you personally, not an automated system.
Your Pets
Dogs and cats can stay loose. We use products without ammonia or harsh bleach, and we close doors before opening windows.
When We Finish
The team walks through the house one more time before locking up and leaves you a note about what was done and anything noticed: a loose key, a stain that may need another visit.

One Last Thing
If you write to us, Lisette answers.
There's no receptionist or call center. The phone and email are checked by Lisette herself, or by someone on her team she trained personally. Tell us how many rooms and bathrooms your home has, whether you have pets, and how often you'd like it cleaned. With that, we'll give you a fixed price, no surprises.
