How a visit works
Four steps, and you only do the first one.
You book
Give us the address and how many bedrooms and baths. We reply with a flat price and the dates we have open.
We arrive
Two of us, in one car, with our own supplies and vacuum. We text when we are on the way.
We work the list
Same order every time, room by room, so nothing gets skipped on a busy day.
We walk it with you
If you are home, we walk through before we leave. If anything is off, we fix it then.
The two of us
A small company on purpose.
Flores Cleaning Services is two cleaners. We clean homes in Simi Valley and the towns next to it, and we do it ourselves. There is no rotating crew and no subcontractor.
That means you meet us once and then you know who is in your house. We learn which floors need the soft mop, which dog hides, where the key is. After a few visits a clean takes us less time and looks better.
We bring our own supplies. If you prefer we use yours, leave them out and tell us.
Reviews
What customers tell us.
“Same two women every other Thursday for a year. The house smells like nothing, which is exactly what I wanted.”
Dana R.Simi Valley“They quoted a flat price over the address and it did not change. The shower glass has not looked that clear since we moved in.”
Marcus T.Moorpark“Move-out clean on short notice. We got the full deposit back. They walked the place with me before leaving.”

Simi Valley and a short drive around it.
We keep the area small so we are never late. If your town is not listed, ask anyway — if it is close, we will say yes.
