Here is what I promise, and what I do when I fall short. No crew rotates through your house. No manager to escalate to. The person who cleans your kitchen is the person who wrote this page, and the person who answers when you call.
What is not included unless you ask: inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows above reach, laundry, and dishes left in the sink. I will quote those separately rather than rush them into the same hours.
You get a one-hour window, not a four-hour one. If traffic or a previous house runs long, you hear from me before the window closes, not after.
Me. I learn where your things live and how you like them left. Nothing is subcontracted and no one else has your key or your code.
The room-by-room list above is the standard, not the ideal. If a house needs longer than I quoted, I stay and I do not bill the difference on the first visit.
Anything chipped, stained or stuck gets a note before I leave. You will never discover it yourself a day later.
Quoted after I have seen the home, held flat for the schedule we agree, and never raised without four weeks' notice in writing.

Shower glass gets squeegeed dry, not just rinsed. Beds get pulled tight at the corners. Vacuum lines are left running the same direction. These are the details I would want in my own house, so they are the ones I check last.
No charge, no argument, no form to fill in. Tell me what was wrong and I book the return before we hang up. That is the whole guarantee, and it is why I only take on as many homes as I can personally stand behind.
