The middle ground
Every 15 days the office resets to zero. Enough that nobody notices the dust, and not so often that it strains the budget. We arrive after hours, with our own equipment, and leave everything ready for Monday.
Move-outs and post-construction
When you're handing over a space or just received it, you don't need a contract: you need one full day of work done right. We quote by the space, bring everything with us, and tell you how long it will take before we start.
Who shows up each time
We're a two-person business: my partner and I. We don't send different people each week. Same face, same key, same standards.
