Regular cleaning
Kitchens and bathrooms first, then floors, dusting, surfaces and the tidy-up that makes a room feel finished. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Deep cleaning
The longer visit: inside the oven and fridge, skirting boards, tile grout, behind and under things. Usually how we start with a new home.
Move-in & move-out
An empty place taken back to handover condition — cupboards, appliances, windows inside, every corner a landlord looks at.
Extras
Laundry and beds made, interior windows, balconies, cabinets emptied and wiped. Tell us before the visit and we build the time in.

We agree the price and the scope
You get the number and a plain list of what is included before anyone comes. It does not change afterwards.
We clean, on the day we said
Same team, in and out at the agreed time. You can be home or not — whatever you prefer, we just need to know which.
You look before we leave
If something is not right, say so while we are still there and we fix it. That is simpler for everyone than an email the next day.
