No rotating crews, no strangers in the hallway. We work in Omaha homes, room by room, and we leave when it is actually done.
A regular visit covers the whole home. Kitchens and bathrooms get the time they need; the rest gets done properly on the way through.
Counters and backsplash, sink and fixtures, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, inside the microwave, floors on hands and knees in the corners.
Tubs, tile and glass, toilets inside and out, mirrors without streaks, chrome dried and polished, floors last.
Beds made or linens changed if you leave them out, nightstands and sills wiped, under the bed vacuumed, not just around it.
Dusting high to low, baseboards, lamps and frames, cushions straightened, vacuum lines left behind on the rug.
Empty rooms, inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, closets and shelving.
Before we start a regular schedule, one longer visit to get the house to a level we can hold.
It is a two-person business, and that is on purpose.
We clean every house ourselves. You learn our names once and that is who comes. We learn which mug stays on the counter, which door sticks, which dog needs the gate closed.
Because there are two of us, a typical Omaha home takes a couple of hours instead of half a day, and we are both looking at the same rooms. One of us finishes the kitchen while the other starts upstairs. Nothing gets handed off to someone who has never been there.
We bring our own supplies and equipment. We are insured. If something is not right, tell us and we come back.

Enter it above and pick a day. We confirm the time with you directly — no back and forth over a week.
On the first visit we go room to room with you, ten minutes, and note what matters: the surfaces you care about, the ones we should leave alone.
Dust falls, so we work downward and finish with floors. You can stay or go out; either is fine. We lock up behind us.
If anything was missed, say so within a day and we return and fix it. No argument, no charge.
“The same two people every other Friday for a year. I do not have to explain anything anymore.”
Dundee“They moved the couch. Nobody has ever moved the couch.”
Benson“We used them for a move-out and got the full deposit back. The oven looked new.”
