What I do

Houses. Room by room, nothing skipped.

I work in private homes and apartments. This is what's always included, no need to ask.

Kitchen

Stove, inside the microwave, cabinet fronts, sink, counters, and floor.

Bathrooms

Shower and glass door, tile, toilet inside and out, sink, mirror, and mopped floor.

Bedrooms and living rooms

Dust on every surface, beds made, vacuumed and mopped.

Move-outs

Move-in or move-out: empty closets, drawers, and cabinets cleaned inside.

My rules

Six things I hold myself to in every house.

  1. I arrive at the time I said.If traffic delays me, I text you before the time, not after.
  2. Clean rags for every house.No using the same rag from the bathroom in the kitchen. They come washed from my house.
  3. I move what can be moved.Chairs, trash cans, small rugs. Cleaning around something doesn't count as cleaning.
  4. I don't touch your papers or personal belongings.I clean around them and leave them where they were.
  5. I tell you if I break something.The same day, with a photo. Even if it's small and even if you wouldn't notice.
  6. I do a final check before I leave.I walk through the whole house with the lights on before locking the door.
The consequence

If I fall short, I don't argue with you.

A rule without a consequence is just decoration. Here's exactly what happens.

Something was missed

Tell me within 24 hours. I come back and fix it, no charge.

I can't come back soon

If I can't return within 48 hours, I refund that part of the payment.

I broke something

I tell you the same day and replace it or deduct it from the service.

I was late without notice

More than 30 minutes with no message: I take 20% off that service.

Keys and trust

I enter your home when you're not there. Here's how I treat that.

I'm the only one who keeps the key or the code, with no label showing your address. No one else comes in with me: I work alone, and I'm always the same person.

I lock up when I leave, turn off the lights, and message you when I'm done. If you change the code, tell me and I'll delete the old one.

If you ever want to stop the service, I hand back your key the same day you ask.
