01 · Service

Regular cleaning

For homes that are already kept up. We go through every room in the same order so nothing gets missed.

  • Kitchen: counters, sink, table and exterior of appliances
  • Bathrooms: sink, toilet, shower, mirrors and visible tile
  • Bedrooms: beds made, dusting and main surfaces
  • Common areas: vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning
  • We take out the trash and put in new bags

Who comes to my home?

Monica and her partner. It's usually the same people at every visit.

Do you bring products and equipment?

Yes. If you'd rather we use your own products because of allergies or delicate surfaces, that works too.

How do you calculate the price?

By the size of the space, number of bathrooms and current condition. The prices on this page are starting prices and are confirmed before you book.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. Many clients give us access and return once we're done.

What about pets?

No problem. Just let us know so we can work carefully and avoid opening doors we shouldn't.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

With 24 hours' notice there's no charge. Same-day cancellations are billed at half price since that time was already set aside.

How far do you travel?

Brandywine and nearby areas of southern Prince George's County. If you're not sure, enter your address when booking and we'll confirm.
