Who turns up
Me. Every time.
I clean homes on my own. No crew rotating through your hallway, no subcontractor you've never met. You book once and the same person is at the door the next time.
I bring my own supplies and my own vacuum. If you'd rather I used your products, leave them out and I will.
What a clean includes
The same list, room by room.
Kitchen
Counters, backsplash, sink and taps, outside of every cabinet and appliance, inside the microwave, floor last.
Bathrooms
Shower and glass, tub, toilet inside and out, sink and mirror, chrome dried so it doesn't spot, floor washed by hand around the base.
Bedrooms
Beds made or sheets changed if they're out, dusting top down including sills and frames, under the bed where the vacuum reaches.
Living areas
Dusting, surfaces wiped, cushions straightened, floors vacuumed and mopped, baseboards every visit.
Deep clean
First visit usually takes longer: inside the oven and fridge, inside cabinets, window interiors, grout. Say so when you book.

Cancelling, keys, and being out.

Tell me by the evening before and there's no charge. Same morning happens — life happens — and I'll move you to the next open slot.
Keys and codes
Most of my regulars aren't home. I'll take a key or a door code, keep it unlabelled, and text you when I lock up.
Pets
Fine. Tell me their names and whether a door needs to stay shut.
If something's wrong
Message me within a day and I come back and redo that room. No argument, no invoice.
